Urgent: Signed in with same GC account but CoC loaded from beginning :(

I need help. Badly.
I was playing CoC for a year. I gave my iPad to someone and bought a new one. Signed it to GC with same old ID, but CoC started from the beginning, while in GC it shows that my points are very high. Gotthe code from the old device as well, but it says idont need to put the code, the synch will happen automatically. I removed and reinstalled CoC many times, restarted my ipad as well, but no changes. Please help me here.

My girlfriend had the same issue a while back. She didnt really bother to recover it but would love to take it back i assume. Lookinng forward for an answer.

P.S. She started a new village on her same gamecenter account.

P.S. 2 she got her iphone which had that village active stolen.

You really won't need to use the link device/codes if you're using gamecenter - that was more for going from iOS to Android or vice-versa or even two iOS devices without gamecenter. It says it will sync automatically if you're logged into gamecenter.

It is quite possible you were attached to gamecenter at one point (which is why your GC achievements show) but severed the connection at a point in the future.

If you were properly connected to game center on the old iPad, as long as you logged into gc first on the new iPad and launched CoC, it should have brought the old village in. If you started new, try finishing the tutorial first and once you are out of that sub-routine, it may also load the old village.

It does not ever load the old village. At least i have tried the methods you suggested but finishing the tutorial lead her to creating a new village.

I plan to upgrade my iTouch soon. I am logged into gamecenter on this and have it hooked up to my CoC. Is there anything i should do to make sure it transfers properly? Log out of GC? Reset old iTouch? Delete CoC on old iTouch? Anythin with logging into my new one? Anything would be helpful
