I'm level 45 and am looking at making a new neighbourhood.
I will make the neighbourhood when several (5+) people want to join, to ensure a quick rise to champions.
We should then remain within the top 3 most weeks.
You will be made an elder or co-leader upon joining.
Requirements :
* level 60+ (possible lowering, if needed)
* 7 tasks at 310+ (don't need to buy tenth task)
* { 7 tasks at 320+ on special derbys }
* help others (with tasks / items needed / etcetera)
* English speaking (but can be from anywhere)
