I find it curious that my thread has been moved to "Derby Talk" even though there are several threads remaining in the General Discussion that relate to the current strawberry special derby fiasco ...

Hmm, why was this thread singled out?

Approx 6 people have responded to this post -- WHO ALL AGREE (although dissenters are always welcome). This part of forum gets more hits of course -- so SC moderators, if you move threads I'd request that you do so evenly across the board and not selectively as you have done here.

Here is my original post. Please respond nay or yay. I think this is an important discussion for SC to hear!

Sorry but after doing my sixth task, I've just got to let this out:

This special derby is HORRENDOUS! Doing repetitive, time consuming tasks takes all the pleasure out of the game. Who's brain child was it to fill the task board with strawberries and goat milk? Who thought it would be fun to watch grass grow? This is brain-numbing! (And all for a handful of screws and bolts? You've got to be kidd'n me!)

I think SC should be ashamed to have contrived such an obvious stunt to get us to buy diamonds. Really transparent money grab. Gee guys, I'm really, really disappointed. And after those really nice birthday videos too! What happened?

Needless to say, I won't be participating in any more "special" (aka for stooges) derbies. I'm only seeing this one out to the end for the sake of my hood -- which is exactly why there is pressure to spend diamonds in the face of the ludicrous time pressure to grow field after field of strawberries-- so we don't let our hoods down.

SC should know there has been a lot of grumbling in my usially cheery hood, and I expect that's how many (most?) hoods feel. We're doing well, but everyone is bored and unhappy. Please listen to us SC!

If your thread was moved once I highly doubt it will stay here the second time.

Also I'm quite enjoying this Derby, and I'm not throwing diamonds at it. Not sure how the rest of my NH feels about it, though.

This derby maybe boring but if at first you don' succeed try try again. I'm not going to quit special derbys because the HD team made a mistake. Its a week on a mobile game not a conspiracy; take it down a notch.

I haven't spent any diamonds on the derby and I have done 4, 400 point production tasks (2 including strawberries). Most people stack or don't take the tasks and I doubt anyone's spending thousands of diamonds speeding up strawberry fields. So yeah this derby back fired but I don't see any blatant hoax for us to spend diamonds.

That's fine. You can remove. Don't want to violate rules by reposting. Or make too big a deal about things. But I do believe posts should be handled uniformly.

I think they were handling things uniformly. My "Strawberry Recipes" thread was moved to Off-Topic where I had almost posted it to begin with.

Gee, Mini Gardner, I just read your post in the "Summer Derby" thread (that remains under -- ahem -- Gen Discussion), and you say much of what I posted here but in an admittedly more civil tone.

So on reflection I regret my hot-headed spewing. Yes, I am officially taking it down a notch. I like the game and my hood mates are fantastic and fun.

So maybe this was just a little blip. I hope so -- and apologies to those nice people we heard in the videos who do so much right so we can have fun. I shouldn't malign people's motives.

By way of excuse -- I just blame my momentary insanity on the endless stream of strawberries streaming before my eyes!

It's not all that curious. Your thread was reported. And since you know where your thread was and you know that it was moved and you posted it again in the wrong forum and then discussed thread closures in direct violation for 3 different forum rules, you should know what comes next.
