Hi Gimmick, thank you for your generous offer. Glad your planks have found a good home but we do need the claimant to make their claim on this thread please not just in private to you. That way everyone can see who is getting what (this could affect people's decisions on who to choose) and also new players get to 'stake' their claim and say hello.

I just wanted to clear up any confusion for Amiwill and any others confused by this.

Although it is absolutely correct, you can't post up asking for items on this thread, when you make a claim you will probably make a new friend. When you are lucky enough to make a friend like CatsMeow you may well find that that person may offer you further help. This is what I mean in the guidelines by posting on the thread and getting 'adopted' by higher level players who like to give a helping hand. And this is why it's so important for claims to be posted on the thread. If we don't get to know you we can't help you. You could quite possibly also get 'adopted' by someone you're completely unaware of who perhaps liked the way you voiced your post or what you had to say in it.

If you make a friend on the thread initially and they offer you a further help, as Cat has done to Amiwill, that is then your private arrangement. Bringing people together in this way is the other purpose of the thread.

And for Hyperpuppy whose posts made me smile today, Hay Day ghost joke: "I ain't afraid of no goats".
