I was just about to go offline for the night but wanted to check this first. Go onto Facebook and search for Sharilyn Jade Post and somewhere around the top left of the page it should give you an option to send me a friend request, after I accept it we should be neighbors.

The problem is that they need to be on each other's Friends' list in order to be able to go onto the other's farm and into the other's RSS. There is no way someone with an Android device can be the friend of someone with an Apple device unless they are FB friends and have FB turned on in the game.

Arranging a trade-type action via PMs with each other sounds great, until it comes time for the recipient of the goods to go to the other person's farm and pick up the items.

Ok so am I right in assuming that all the people in my lists. Last helpers et al are on iOS ? Seems to me that I can go to someone's farm from the newspaper. Could they not arrange through pms and signal through an ad?

Not it arguing just trying to wrap my mind around this for a possible solution.

When one puts an ad in the DD (Daily Dirt - newspaper), you don't know who may see it, so the person with whom you wish to have a transfer of items may or may not see it...we have no control over it. If they do happen to see the ad, then so do so many others, and the item(s) that were supposed to be put in the bin just for them could very easily be snatched up by someone else.

One thought just occurred to me, but I haven't done it, so this could be a flop, too...if we know our global leaderboard scores/ranking, it might be possible to find the person that way and then go to their farm/RSS.

If someone playing on an Android device would like to test this theory with me, please KIK me and let's work on it.

Whenever you get the chance, Sharilyn. I work from home, so it's easy for me to take a break as I know the "boss" won't mind.

My phone is always next to me, so I will get the KIK whenever you send it, and I keep my iPad with me, too, so I can get onto the farm whenever I choose.

Only top 200 of your friends scores are visible in your boat leaderboards (Friend Rankings).

That's the point...we are trying to find people who are not in our friend's list and this may help. However, only having the top 200 people could be a problem, though I did see myself within a few that were at the very bottom of the global ranking, so maybe someone else could, too.

Will take some testing to see, and it may or may not work depending on a few things. It's worth a try, though...
