Uneven match!!...ENGINEERED BASES

I'm in a current war with our top 3 being th10s, me close the maxed and the other two being about half way. We're matched against 4 th11s that have zero th11 defenses. I don't care what you say it's not easy to 3 star a maxed 10 being a th10. All 4 of their 11s were maxed 10s but have all the offensive benefits of a maxed 11 offensively (heros, troops, extra spell) much much easier to 3 star a maxed th10. You can't possibly tell me that's fair in any way. I would love to see same TH levels matched with same TH lvl.. and then throw in war weight with xbows and hero levels as well as defensive levels. Not saying it has To be exact same but closer than the war MM is right now. I'm losing interest in wars because 99% of our wars we are matched up like this. There really needs to be something done about it. It's not fair to the players that play the game correctly.

Informal poll: in your matchups, how many non-max bases do you see for every max or near-max at th9 and th10?

I'm hesitant even to hazard a guess because human brains are notoriously bad at estimating frequencies of rare events; but for us at least, encountering a max base is rare enough to be noteworthy. It has to be at least a 10:1 ratio.

I see tons of maxed bases all the time. probably every war the opp has 1/3 of their roster maxed, or more.

Interesting, I see very few maxed th9,10,11. I see many maxed defense th9's, a few th10's, and (pre-new levels) few th11's. But they rarely have maxed heroes and walls to go with the defenses. I'm guessing your roster has more maxed than mine though.

it doesn't change the fact that you had said, "in the next days" but now one week has already passed

you should've just said "soon" then we would know that it could be in the next days or in the next decades

Sure, that's defensively maxed; but unless the heroes are, say, 25/25 or better, those bases wouldn't qualify as "near-max" to me. And most of the heavy th9 we see have junky heroes in the teens.

Those are always interesting wars. Tough wars if they have good bases. (They always do!)

I can put some less subjective numbers on this based on entries to the forum cups. These are forumers entering comps, so probably a bit more committed than the average clasher. Players included in the no dip comp (no restrictions but very low weights were left out when matching), max bases:
TH11: 27%
TH10: 1.5% to 5% (the latter number if you include any 40/40 within 1 war weight - so likely working on walls)
TH9: 3% to 5%

The air vs ground which had high entry requirements (all guns built, heroes at 15/15+ at th9 for example) had somewhat higher percentages, eg 10% at th9.

So the proportion of perma max th9s in the no dip was only 3%. And I believe most of them are for leagues - I had one in my clan in the no dip and he was like that for CWL. I know several of the max th9s in the air/ground are now playing in NDL (which didnt exist until after the forum no dip)
