no, no they are not making fun of you, a glitch is just that. A glitch.
A glitch implies that it was an unintentional error, not something built/programmed into the game, so why you think it's intentional, i have no idea.
I continually complained about enemy war CC – its showing ?/35 – not yet fixed or even no answer fm SC stuff or moderator.
complaining is fine, but do you really expect SC to answer every individual complaint about small glitches? (small as is not affecting a large player base)
the cc glitch is relatively rare, usually happens on unstable connection as do the raids not registering glitches.
as i said, It's unlikely SC will answer you directly, and a Mod is not Sc so no need to get worked up about it really.
I am in titan 3 and trying to push to legend – but main problem is you again (SC) – yesterday I 3 srt a complete dead th 11 base and got 400 k + gold and elx with 5 k + drk elx but most importantly 8 trophy most precious.
After completing my raid I see no trophy plus and storage also not filled, instantly I checked my raid and def log and shocked!! No sign of raid its previous raid showing in top.
this is usually a internet connection/stability thing. It's not a wide spread problem, thus seldom discussed on the forums.
but your welcome to blame SC, personally though, I prefer to Blame Holps #BlameHolps
most issues in clash and perhaps the world stem from him (From global warming to 49% raids, he controls things)
I become so angry that I again start raid and intentionally get 34 trophy minus and then I go offline and when I back I seen more 7-9 trophy minus (somebody raided me).
thats all you buddy, rage raiding doesn't work and defence is defence.
So fm 4310+ trophy now I am ended up with 4274 trophy and decided to stop playing tons of bug full COC.
thats a personal decision, do whats best for you. Playing less will make you happier, or so my wife tells me...
I also wants to remind you that – I do a company job where I have to stay fm 9 am to 6 pm, after that I have to spend time with my family and after that whatever time left for me I spend on COC.

anger is a dangerous thing, but it doesn't usually get any results, especially when making demands. Look how things turned out for the guy in Die hard, Hanz never even stood a chance...
