I think it would be fun to have "Merlin" have double the DPS and 5 times the HP of a level max Wiz. He would carry around one bottle of all of the spells(Lightning, Heal, Freeze, Rage, Jump).
It would be a mini version of each spell, like the Lightning doing only half damage or the Heal only healing half. There are requirements for Merlin to activate those spells.
Requirements when attacking(remember, Merlin can only use one of each spell per raid):
Heal Spell: Merlin must have at least 15 damaged troops around him
Jump Spell: Merlin needs to want to go over a wall and at least 8 troops are around him
Rage Spell: Merlin needs to be being attacked and there needs to be at least 12 troops around him
Freeze Spell: Merlin needs to be attacking a defense tower and at least 8 troops have to be attacking the same building
Lightning Spell: as soon as Merlin has 10% HP
Requirements when defending(remember, Merlin can only use one of each spell per attack):
Heal Spell: Heals towers, must have at least 3 damaged towers around him
Jump Spell: enemy troops move at 50% speed, must have at least 10 troops around him
Rage Spell: increases defense speed by 50%, must have at least 2 defenses around him
Freeze Spell: freezes enemy troops for 3 sec, must have 15 troops around him
Lightning Spell: as soon as Merlin has 10% HP, damages enemy troops
