Queen is level 23 and all max troops for TH9. Looking for some extra input, and I know many people here are passionate about TH9 3-star war attacks. CC has drag/babydrag. Note that my King is being upgraded.

Oh! I like this one.
Firstly! Walk your queen into the bottom compartment. That'll get 2 ADs, the enemy queen, and the cc. That's huge!
Granted it can take a while, so your laloon should start once you're sure your queen will take out the cc
If I were you, I'd follow up the initial push with a counter clockwise laloon with 4 hastes. Rages for queen walk
Note. If I were you, I'd ask to scout this base with a ring of loons and a bunch deployed at the south. You'll walk to keep your healers up as long as possible
