How supercell can un-nerf the clocktower

I know we have been thinking about how useless the clocktower is now with a 30 minute time. I think I know how to un nerf the clocktower with the nerf. First it can be the same, time is 7 hours. But we can change it a bit, how about we can spend about 10 gems to double the time or(and) change it to 10x. No one can really complain because it basically gives the clocktower back. Also if some complain, we have a gem mine so I think others would like the idea. So I hope you consider this with great consideration. If not, thanks anyway

We shouldn't have to pay gems we need it back the way it was

The only way to un-nerf it is to put it back to how it was before. I can think of a couple of ways to change it without interfering with how much time it takes off of upgrades and still make it better, but they don't involve gems.
