    There is a polite way to get your point across and there are some not so polite ways...sort of like how you asked your question.

    ??? You don't have to be ugly to present a point of dissatisfaction... but I think that idea is lost on you.

    Question Is all hope lost?

    Looks like both supercell employees and forum moderators have given up.

    Balloon pathing will not be fixed, and we will have to "learn to love" the useless new Android Tablet UI.

    Sure, do I have to be cute maybe? Charming? Im not their friend, Im a costumer with a serious problem for several days without a fix and I think that Im talking for thousands in a right form. I could be worse, believe me.

    I really wish spercell would communicate something back to us. However they are lacking communication which in my mind is key. There needs to be more interaction from the staff and understanding between the developers and consumers.

    They do this every year. Drop an update before going on a month long July holiday and then hope that when they come back, whatever controversy there is will have blown over.

    Don't forget they do the same thing in December! Seriously, no decent company would schedule a build before people go on holiday... you schedule it for when they get back. It is just shameful. They are either entirely incompetent at project management or they just lie about their vacations. There isn't really a third option.
