Nerfing the clock tower is essentially giving the middle finger to your player base.

I wasn't a whale, just a player who would spend a few hundred per year on supercell games. NOT ANYMORE! (My way of returning the middle finger gesture!!)

Clock Tower's duration time must be as it was before and if supercell thinks that we are developing much faster then they are wrong because still the duration time which was before was not enough as upgrade of defenses and troops take days and clock tower was just reducing couple of hours and supercell shouldn't forget that they have given us just 1 builder so we can't develop fast. So Clock Tower's duration time must be increased to its previous level.

Alas, if forum posts could generate 1.21 "jigawatts" of power. When the Clock Tower was being developed, it was originally designed to be a "once per day" boost. But that utility felt trivial so we upped it to where it's at today and in the shuffle of getting the Builder Hall out, we realized too late it needed to be dialed back down to where it will be when the update goes live.

This adjustment was not meant to penalize players, though I understand it does feel like one and I understand why many are up in arms about it. We are also looking at how it affects long term use as we roll out additional BH levels as well, and at the current rate it would exponentially give users 9 hours per day worth of boost at BH level 8 - an amount that is just way too much.

This is what we meant when I mentioned in the content update thread why it was important to bring it in-line with relative upgrade times. The Clock Tower in its current iteration was just too powerful. Yes it's a useful building to have, but it had become meta-breaking, and any time you have a meta-breaking system that everyone relies on, that causes a bottleneck of reliance.

So we're bringing the Tower down to where we actually wanted it to be at from the start.

So what you are saying is not enough people where geming to complete their stuff so you nerfed this so it takes longer. Since you nerfed it to be garbage please let me UNBUILD IT

Signed! Having one builder to work with is bad enough, and I would use some of my 4500 gems I have accumulated over the years to get another builder in a heartbeat. The original Clock Tower made having one builder bearable, but this is really an insult to everyone at or above builder hall 4.

I'm putting my name in because it's ♥♥ the excuse you had at least 200 probably more people maxed out hours HOURS after the update was up, this makes me not want to play because now it's making it even harder for me to progress it's really frustrating.
