Good thread, thanks TS, and thanks to the mods who go out of their way and take some time to answer our questions.

Here's mine(s):
You told us SC gives you informations about future updates and you give them constructive feedback in return from a player's point of view. I'd like to know the level of that influence because somehow I think the updates have been less... intolerable lately and maybe we should thank you for it.
* Was there any update where you guys just went NO WAY ?
* Could you give us an example of a new feature that was tweaked/rejected/added because of your role as "consultant"?
* Final one, is Daddy responsible for all the 1 gem boost we get lately ?

As i'm the mod on at the moment i'll attempt to give my opinions on these....

* Was there any update where you guys just went NO WAY ?

Yes - there have been things we cannot talk about but I will say several of us knew how much the Exp based ranks meant to everyone and we were pretty clear in our opposition to them. We had a reasonable debate about it and put a summary of the forum's consensus to SC and they listened. It's difficult to speak on behalf of the other mods as i'm sure they have their own opinions but I think it's fair to say many of us were united in opposition to this.

* Could you give us an example of a new feature that was tweaked/rejected/added because of your role as "consultant"?

Our role is more as a customer advocate - we try to put forward the consensus of opinion in cases like this - community mood if you like. We cannot talk about anything that is not public knowledge (can't make announcements) so I don't think I can answer this honestly.

* Final one, is Daddy responsible for all the 1 gem boost we get lately ?

Umm well we felt that for one reason or another people felt let down after the SF meet up. There were a group of us working with SC to come up with ideas that people might appreciate. Lots were put forward by the team, I guess I was was fortunate that it was mine that was considered by the group as most appropriate. But as a team were were responsible for that happening.

Besides I needed to get my inferno done

I had nothing to do with their creation except input - but when you guys groan, I do, when your ecstatic about them, I celebrate with pop tarts and cold milk.

I know thats not exactly what your asking- but to give a month which update I am looking forward to best- what if you all hate it? Pitchforks and flaming torches leave owies, lol - just saying.
