Just one at a time for me, every 10 wake ups just like clockwork.

I wanted to bring this back up since there are more animals now. So it looks like every 10 feeds cumulative. I have 4 animals so feeding them twice a day I'll get a drop every other day. If you have 5 or 6 you should get one every day. It's a bit disappointing to know you'll only get 1 item a day (feeding them twice a day). That's a lot of hay feed and time for a stick of dynamite (or whatever). We could add the extra tools from town visitors as a result of having these animals but I don't think even adding that makes the sanctuary animals as profitable as pets. Maybe they will increase the paw prints on our townies.

I TOTALLY agree that paw for paw (sorry), nothing beats the farm pets for drops. I have all the pets, and I get 17 drops every 6 hours from them.

Hippolita and Poutine should give me a drop every 2.5 days -- 10 total wake ups.

Do you use the Myso method of waking. I admit my laziness, I just use the whistle but that's a big difference from what I get. Maybe I should rethink this.

I'm not Perky, but I'll share my myso pet experience. I did use the myso method in the past, but no longer do so as it is a tedious process.

Due to step values you are likely 'wasting' every 3rd or 4th pet by not replacing them with a regular farm animal (typically chicken). You could easily boost your animal bonus items by approx 30% by diligently following the myso method.

Instead though I don't stress about it and rely on Wheating for my lions share of bonus items. Petting will never out produce Wheating for bonus items anyway!

All comes down to if you have the time to be meticulous about your pets and have a good memory. I like to think of my pets as cute dogs and cats instead of 22 points or 25 points etc.

And yes, I do use the Myso method. This is my best source of always elusive bolts
