    The ultimate clan wars (detailed)

    Ok, so you're probably thinking oh great another clan wars thread. Well this is different. I'm going to tell you about my brand new, never seen before competition. We'll be calling my little idea for a competition a Cvc competition. (Clan vs clan)


    First of all let me tell you guys about how this thing starts off. All clans with maybe 16-17k trophies up and at least 40 members can participate. The clan has to take at least 30 members in to the arena (some players might not want to participate). All players in these clans (I know thats quite a few players but its achievable) will be sent mail saying about this Cvc competition. They will be given a one week, 3 day, and 1 day reminder for when it starts. When it starts off, players will be sent mail saying its happening, and will be given the option to travel to a new, Cvc server. They will be given a brand new lvl 0 village and a 1000 gem care package to start them off. You can switch btween your main village and the Cvc arena through the mail link.


    Each player gets 100 durability points (dp). They will lose 2 dp from an unsuccessful raid and lose 5 from an unsuccessful defense. They can regain 1 dp from a successful attack/ defense. You can't go above 100 dp. As soon as you hit 0 dp you are out of the competition and go back to your normal village.


    Players will receive 500 gems per day for fast growth (this won't be so little it won't help but not too much so that people don't buy gems). Leftover gems CAN NOT be taken back to your normal village. Upgrade times and costs (includes troops and stuff) are halved.


    In this there are NO SHIELDS. Even after you get 3 starred you are still available for attacking. Farming is a bad idea in this. You may not get attacked while online but the game will force you to take a (x amount of time) break every 4 hours. This way every1 is open for attacking at some point.


    In the arena, the trophy based search system goes to scrap. A league less person could attack someone in master league and vice versa. You can not hide.


    Now I spose I'd better get on to how to win. Once out of dp you are eliminated from the Cvc. The clan with the most members remaining will win. If these are even then the most trophies will win. This Cvc competition doesn't just highlight your trophy pushing skills, it also highlights your raiding skills.


    Honour points: For a successful raid or defense in the Cvc you will gain a small number of hp (honour points). This will be determined on the lvl of the opposing player. You can't lose honour points and they have no purpose but for showing off. Everywhere in your normal village where your name is, your honour points are beside it. You will get honour points if you are in the winning clan, also. All prize holders will gain some extra honour points as well.


    Prizes: Well to get people to actually spend money on the game (perhaps quite a large amount) there has to be something special in it for the winner. Now I ruled out large gem prizes and new heroes as those wouldn't work. I was thinking some sort of special thing that can be used only by you. It would have to be pretty good but not unbalance the game too much. Suggestions are welcome. Btw this prize goes to the player in the winning clan that has the best win/ lose ratio. I don't want this to be too much about trophies, rather highlighting people's raiding skills.


    Top win/ lose ratio in top clan: special undecided prize and 600 hp
    Top 10 trophies in clan: 6000 gem prize and 400 hp
    11-20: 2000 gem prize and 250 hp
    21+: 1000 gem prize and 100 hp


    Top win/lose ratio overall: 10000 gem prize and 500 hp
    Top trophies overall: 6000 gem prize and 300 hp
    Top donater overall: 2000 gem prize and 75 hp
    Most defenses won: 5000 gem prize and 250 hp


    I don't quite have the prizes right i think but they can be changed.


    (If this idea is put in to action i won't mind if sc changes the prizes around these were just suggestions. Btw mods or whatever, this is a large money maker, ive seen players spend thousands on similar events on other games.)

    Sry but don't really like what your cvc. I would have it to be put in another Way that i which May have to make a thread about soon.

    Clan wars has to be made simple and not rebrand with another level 0 village or getting 500gems per day.
    there is no need to reinvent a wheel. To encourage clan wars, there must be a map where a few clans get in. (segregated due to total trophy count)
    Example EW from kabam games, they have a very good map feature but the game is dwindling as they have no mobile platform and they allow certain troops and upgrades only via paying money. That's why all farmers left and the game became a payers game.

    anyway, a map is created with hexagons. So each clan have to take their positions on map by attacking an empty spot. If i am level 90, every hexagon taken up by me will be 90 pts. If another clan has a hexagon which has 103 pts and i defeat it, the hexagon will change to 90pts gaining 90 for my clan while enemy's clan will be reduced by 103pts.

    if the hexagon is occupied by a player who is on shield, no one can kick that player off that spot. By end of 2 weeks, points of clan are tabulated and the winning clan gets gems.
    In such a game, many clans will start buying gems to prevent being kicked off the map.

    Ultimately, i believe every new implementation must increase revenue for supercell and not reduce their revenue by giving daily gems.

    That sounds good. Maybe better than mine. Make a thread about it and see how it goes. Btw ive looked at emross war and Haypi kingdom. They both have pvp competitions which work out very well and are similar to mine. I must admit they are on a much smaller scale though
