My acount is not linked with google play.
Got a new phone and lost my account
I mailed 2 times to supercell about a month ago but no response?
Please help,
If you lost an android village due to re-installing the game or doing a factory reset and you didn't back up to G+ only support can help you. Please follow these steps:
Open Clash
Go to in game settings
Make sure you are connected to a G+ account, your old village will get linked to it.
Press Help and Support which is found via the in game settings menu.
Press the conversation button on the top right!
You can also see this for contacting supercell.
The following information will be required:
Name of the old village:
Name of the clan your lost village is part of:
Town Hall level of the lost village:
Date and time of your last playing session on the lost village:
Level of the village:
First gem purchase receipt:
If you have emailed them directly you must include the details of the new village as well!

Yes i know i tried it, but the problem is my old village is not linked to G play, and besides that i have got a new phone, and also a new gmail. Which my Clash royale is attached to atm. I can not get the old village back by just signin in.
Back in the day i was stupid enough to not connect to google play (dont ask me why)
And i did also contact supercell already multiple times, few weeks ago, no respons.
I did include all that information you told plus even more.
My facebook is still connected to my old village, which im still the owner off. My friend also could still see me in his friendlist from facebook. So my only help needed is to connect that old village (connected to facebook) to be connected to my new Gmail. so i can attach it to google play.
