Have a 2nd acc & wanna help someone who like to create a new clan!!

Hey if there is anyone who wants to start a clan with a good plan I would like to help him or her with my 2nd acc. I have my own clan which I created with my 1st acc and going well. So I know how hard to do that. Would like to help somebody now.

Im expecting few things from my new matey

•Doesnt matter which lvl or th u r in now bt u must be with a basic plan and I dont want someone to go rouge after few days the clan has started.
•Must need to know english
•The clan location must be international
• U Should be active enough to do a clan leadership.

And we can talk abt more things. Really need to this seriously. And my clan can help ur clan too.
