He is a big wizard, he starts like he is in lvl 1 but when u lvl him up gets like the other one, he can cost about 65-75000 dark elixir, damage can be 180(lvl1), hp can be 1300(lvl1),speed can be 16 as the wizard is and you need th9 to get him!

I hope to see him soon at the game and comment what you think!
