Description

To make it work, drop the spell anywhere but not on un broken buildings, then place the troops on top of it.

That's actually not as bad as similar spells i've seen. The fact that you have to actually work a little rather than being "I want to place troops on top of the Town Hall" spell actually balances it. Change the name to "Deploy Spell" or something like that, increase creation time and maybe cost and fix smaller stuff. But nice try. I like it. Kinda

Could be good, but if you destroy a building next to the TH with lightnings and drop one of these on it, you still deploy next to the TH. I don't know how the lightnings are going, I quit six months ago, but that's how I see it becoming OP.
