I'm thinking Steve means this is today's "peak" but not as good as the others, but its filling up the time between now and the update. Rather than leaving us a period of time with no word.

There's no other sneak peeks they would have shown them at the meet. The gem boost is to stop people rioting I guess until the update drops.

Well said, although the Village edit was the icing on the cake for this update, they persist on coating it with garnish I (we) don't want to spend money on.

You guessed it , recent update has taken longer and longer and longer to come out, ever since the TH10 update they've been slow and somewhat disappointing.

Eventually it probably will take a year for an update to be released.

I'm lookng on the bright side of android users now getting coc, we will get an influx of new feature ideas and requests, and a lot of players to keep pleased, so turn that pessimistic attitude into an optimistic one, hopefully wake up to the update, it is half past midnight.
