Leader demote

Okay, I got this idea a few days ago when I was in the clan nicepeople I was sooooo annoyed because 75% of the people were inactive and under 700 trophies and they are elder and leader stopped playing.
The idea is if someone doesn't play for a month their account is kicked from the clan( or demoted u guys choose) I would love to see this and there would be a vacation mode so no one attacks u but u stay u can not log on during this period. To deactivate vacation mode there is a button when it loads it says u are in vacation mode do u choose to come out. Also u have 2 months of vacation mode per year so u don't just vacation mode to keep in the top 200.

when you go on vacation just spend all your resources and just take the beatings. Got back from a cruise last month wasn't going to pay some outrageous amount for wifi.... Just let people attack you yes you loose huge amounts of resources if you have fully upgraded mines and collectors... However your not there to collect... They also have shields you can buy with gems dont see them changing that. Demote should not be allowed if you want go start a new clan and take those with you.
