The Centum Group is a well organized, highly profiicient group of people who have a passion for improving the experience of Clash of Clans. Going through and learning about the different aspects of Centum has given me a new appreciation for the game as well as how much more enjoyable it is to have a strong group of people with you. Even at the casual level.

You go through trials which are actually quick learning challenges which provides improvement but also you are asked if you need help and have support structures such as other apps/ websites to use as tools for success.

The Centum Group seems like a great clan family. The people in Gladius specifially were very nice and friendly. They were very eager to help me and other recruits get through every trial and helped each other in wars, from donating to who, how, and where to attack from. Things I have learned:

- Patience when attacking. Rushing in and not positioning properly can be the difference between a 1 star and 3 star attack.
- Practice. Keep trying and you will achieve anything you want in this game.
- New attacks. They help you learn new methods of attacking that you may not have experience with.
- Improvement. Even with attacking and other things you already know how to do, they can show you more tricks to perfect it!

For all you new guys thinking about joining: DO IT! If you are serious about improving you game, this group is the way to go. They are VERY willing to help you in any way. If you are willing to put in some effort, they are willing to put in time to make you succeed! Trials may seem scary at first, but you WILL succeed.

Here is a hint. The last "trial" in each of the Centum clans is to write a glowing review on this thread. If you want to pass, this is what you do. Here is an honest assessment. Centum is a well organized clan, but it is not a close-knit clan. Everyone knows your stay will be brief and acts accordingly. Donations are filled fairly promptly with level 1 troops. Don't expect wizards or higher. You will get lvl 5 archers and barbs. There are good people in the clan, but they are farmers. If you are a farmer, it isn't a bad place if you like organized clan hopping. I didn't really learn anything new but if you don't know what BAM or barch means, you will learn the basics of both. If you want to learn how to attack, there are far better choices elsewhere. You can read the trials at tiny.cc/centumludus the links to the other clans' trials are there as well.

Your experience sounds completely different from mine.

- You say it's not close-knit which, for me, was a complete lie. Some of the members in Gladius have been playing together for a year+.
- You say people won't be staying which once again was not the case for me. I was offered to stay as long as I wanted and got treated like the genuinely wanted me there to stay if I so chose.
- Donations are indeed filled promptly, but not with only level 1 troops. People constantly asked for Wiz, Loons, and even Hogs and not once did I ever see somebody complain they got something they didn't ask for. And no, I am NOT talking about War donations, which were phenomenal by the way. You get barch if you ask for barch, you get PEKKAs if you ask for PEKKAs.
- You speak like Clan Wars weren't organized at all. Like they just let people get their garbage attacks in and not help at all. In my experience there were many, many cases where people talked out strategy before attacks all the way from War Prep to the last hour of the War Phase.

The formula here is "Effort = Reward". If you go there and you want to learn and want to get better at specific things, they will tell you who to talk to and you will get all the help you need. Conversely, if you go there, pass the trials and leave, then that's all that will happen and you will have wasted an opportunity. I'm assuming you're the kind of person who fell into the latter category...

Also, it's really bad manners to put their clan info out there like that. Shows what kind of person you are.

First off let me say that this was the best week in my year of playing clash! I learned so many things, people we always there to help and donations filled very fast! At first the trials looked overwhelming but to be honest they are not that bad they show if you are a dedicated clasher or a casual one. All the members, elders and co-leaders wanted to help you succeed and always were willing to help out, a special thanks to lee, deez and alan for always being there when I needed it. The trials caused me to get out of my safe zone in war, I had to try other types of attacking strats and helped me get better at farming! If you want to improve as a clasher i would recommend this above all clans!

I'm just about to graduate from my trials. And i must say, these trials has taught me things that improved me far more than i expected. It took me to a whole new league. It let me try/test better ways to exponentially improve my farming skills than ever. And thinking about how i farm before, my farming experience during these trials and not to mention the loots i gain, IT'S CRAZY! This is what i call a community, not just some random clan out there. How organize they are, how helpful everyone is and how mature the whole environment is. This is the kind of clan every clasher wants to be in.. I'm so grateful i bump into this thread. Well, this is my second review of centum. The first experience in Ludus was outstanding. I didn't think it could get any better yet it did. Arena is an outstanding clan with helpful members who are very active. I would recommend this clan to anyone. I look forward to many more enjoyable memories in Centum.

Saying we only offer tier 1 troops is indeed a plain lie since we have and give all troops and all levels of troops needed.
Saying we are a "passers by" clan is also far from the truth since most of these people have been playing together for more than a year.
