Hi I just got called a lying child by someone with Centum Centurae in their signature. Is this the kind of maturity we can expect from the Centum Family?

I don't look for a fight, I just do not always have the same opinion as everyone else. The difference is I'm not too scared to post my actual opinion. Even when I apologised for something I received hate. It just seems that people want to fight no matter what I do. Sorry i do not recognise your name.

Well we apologise, we obviously do not encourage Centum members to insult other people, however, we are also all individuals. But please can we take this discussion off our recruitment thread?

I wasn't sure where else to ask about it? I also think that transparency is a great value to have.

Well I think I would have started with a PM to the person concerned, but perhaps thats just me.

I agree, I'm all for transparency, but the Centum family has 450+ members, we cant watch what everyone says every minute, and we aren't a dictatorship..

That wouldn't help the problem, as the player already knows what they have done. I was wanting to inform the leaders and or anyone else in the clan.

After months of considering it, I finally drank the koolaid and applied to Centum. The trials looked a tad intimidating, but were amazingly fun. They definitely take you out of your comfort zone and teach you new tactics. For wars they have a fair and equitable system that allows a chance for everyone to show their potential.

Twice during my trials they evolved the rules to better teach new applicants how to succeed. They also tweaked the war machine system to make it more accessible to the bottom players. That showed me this clan is constantly trying to improve their methods, and not become stagnant.

Finally the leadership was always around to answer questions or lend advice. Our leader Claire will go out of her way to help anyone in need, no matter how trivial a request. I cannot emphasize enough how invaluable their help has been.

While I respect the awesome membership and structure this clan provides, there is also one one other fantastic benefit. When you join Centum, you're joining a war mongering, village massacring, booty pillaging machine. Make a clan castle request, blink, then check your castle. Filled, evertyime. I think the longest I went without my clan castle being filled was about 30 seconds.

I'm happy I made the decision to apply for the Centum Group, and I'm especially proud of my time in Mars.
