I have been a member of Centum Ludus but after a year long break I feel like I can get back into the Centum Family again

Just started the game up again about 2 months ago after a 2.5 year break. Looking for a clan to settle down in. The problem is that since I have only been back 2 months, I don't have all the necessary troop upgrades/unlocks required simply because I haven't had the builder time to get them. If there is any sort of exception that can be made, that would be awesome, but if not, I completely understand. Also, my attacks this season would probably be higher, but I am currently upgrading most of my barracks, and my walls are max for TH8, so less raiding due to gold being full.
