When I was accepted into Arena for war training, I was a solid two-star attacker. That is, train a standard GoWiPe and make a blitz for the enemy Town Hall, hoping for 50% on the way. I'd read and watched videos on three-star strategies and multi-phase attacks, but they never worked. Honestly, I failed in an epic fashion nearly every time. The plan would encounter a problem, I'd panic, and boom- I'd start spamming troops. So there I was.

Arena gave me two personal coaches who painstakingly walked me through the principles of attacking, patiently nudging and guiding me, as well as offering advice on "what went wrong" with my attacks. McHarp and Morganne really did invest a lot of time and effort into coaching me, and it shows in how I look at a base (in raiding and wars), how I plan attacks, and how I react to a developing situation (no more panic spamming).

My learning as an warrior isn't complete; I am learning with every war. Thanks to my coaches and my clan, I know for a fact that I am miles ahead of where I started. What I gained here cannot be learned watching videos and reading strategy guides. My time here has been invaluable.

Arena is a tight knit clan, friendly and supportive, and I can't imagine an environment more conducive to developing one's war performance. Then there is the matter of the clan having just fought a perfect war... That speaks for itself, and although I've only been in the clan a few weeks, I am immensely proud.

Arena is, simply put, where warriors are born.
