Instead of making more in the X-Series, how about making an XYZ series?
X-Bow, Y-Shot, And Z-Spin: Each related to its corresponding letter.
The X-Bow is a crossbow; the X is a cross, so that fits.
The Y-Shot:
You get it at the same time and price as the X-Bow.
It looks like a black slingshot with the same base as the X-Bow. Slingshots are shaped like a Y, so that fits.
Range: 7
DPS: 80, drops by 10 for every square away the target is.
Shoots once every two seconds.
You have to load it, same as an X-Bow.
Everything else is the same as an X-Bow.
I don't know how many levels an X-Bow has, so I can't make upgraded stats yet.
Z-Spin:
A tower that looks like a windmill with the same base as the X-Bow.
The windmill has two blades, with each sticking out to the side so it looks like a Z.
Range: 5
The blades are spinning, and when a target is in range, the windmill faces the target and shoots the Z like a shuriken.(It's a bit hard to describe.) Once it reaches the edge of its range, it comes flying back to hurt the troops again. It can damage more than one target at a time.
DPS: 50, 25 when coming back
Shoots once every 3 seconds.
When something is attacking it, it spins without shooting anything, and the troops attacking it take 30 DPS.
Again, you have to load it, and everything is the same as an X-Bow.

Since you get 3 X-Bows, I think it would be nice if you could have one of each instead.
