Boat delivery help requests HERE! (part 2)

The negative for the dock owner is that you can't send away a partially filled boat, so it blocks your dock for the entire filling time. If you send a boat away empty and without asking for help a new one arrives in 4 hours.

There is a benefit to your friends since they can get XPs and boat points for filling your crates. Some people seem to be upset when they fill crates and then the boat leaves partly empty... "my stuff was wasted". A little pretentious I think.

So I guess if you don't care about having the boat sit on the dock for most of the day, you could open the easiest/best XP crates for your friends to fill and then ignore the boat until it leaves on its own.

But Im finding this boating thing is a bit of a minefield !

Seems I wont be able to please people even if I thinking I am doing them a favour!

Not sure what the issue with having a 'blocked dock' would be if I don't intend to fill them yet...(unless it means I cant go fishing?)

If I let them sit there for the entire time, people would have plenty of opportunity to fill them I guess?

The downside is I will always have to contribute despite not wanting to participate.

I think then, that is the answer for now....let them go away empty...until Im ready to participate at least?

If I were you (uninterested in filling boats), I would let the boat sit there the whole time and send itself off. If I were your neighbor I would love to fill easy crates on your boat even if it isn't going to get completely filled... but that's just me!!!!

I say do whatever you like!!! You can't please everyone all the time and you don't need to try.

The boats will sit docked til they leave by themselves then!

I thought that perhaps the docked boat might block access to 'going fishing'...apparently not, so thats great!
