People don't TAKE troops, you donate them.
Other ways to handle this have been mentioned in this thread already, very good advice.

Clash is made to be a challenging strategy game with multiplayer cooperations.... We are supposed to make friends so if you give me a drag maybe they will stay
dance with who you wantexperiment, try new stuff, be generous to dumb hoppers... Forget the whole "hopper is bad" mentality it really doesn't matter just make friends with all, and if they dont dance well then they ain't no friends of yours
