i mean there a many people they hate the Jumpers. Most they are Kids. Its very hard to build a good guild, if everyone can jump and jump und nothing changed.

I think it was a good think, if when you leave a clan - you cant join a other for 1 hour or more. If you was kicked from a clan, too. Why? Many Kids insult a Clan and when we kicked them, they must not be rewarded.

An alternative penalty would be, if the clan castle would be destroyed each leaving.

No. This punishes everyone who leaves a clan for the actions of a few who do it maliciously.

says someone who is in a huge team and has no clan-construction-problems? small teams look like the people constantly jump immediately when a top team sends a request.
there is no punishment. it is a blessing for every clan leader who really wants to achieve something, because the people really need to think about loyalty and honor, and finally get a higher meaning.

at the moment, it's only good for big teams...
