So tired of people joining my clan, only to leave again as soon as someone has donated some troops to them.
Why not let it cost 100 gems to leave a clan? That should take care of that problem. Also let the loot bonus depend on how many troops you have donated to your clan. If these two suggestions are implemented, I'm sure good behavior will be sufficiently rewarded.

You can always get kicked out for free. An alternative could be to let the price for leaving increase each time you hop, maybe with a cool down period of like one month to go back down one price level.

I have a little less than 5 days left on an air defense. It would cost me around 700 gems to finish it now. For a stupid air defense! How often do you want to switch clans? It is a lot of saving up, but obviously anything that costs gems in CoC seems unreasonably priced if you are trying to save up for it for free.
Anyway the exact price, and even the type of currency is up to SC to decide. I'm just airing the idea that there should be some negative consequences to bad behavior.

The problem is your proposal punishes everyone whether they exhibit bad behavior or not. Any fee to leave a clan is a bad idea. For example, what if I'm looking for a new clan and join an inactive one where I cannot be easily kicked?
As for how often people switch clans, it can actually be quite frequent within clans that consist of a family of clans.
Also basing loot on donations is pretty ridiculous too. Next you'll be suggesting we should base it on the number of trees we chop down too.
Then state in the OP that it could be optional.
