Thanks so much for updating! Will you please elaborate on whether this was the only planned extension or could we possibly be facing more extensions for what you're planning? Us at above 6000 it is really unbearable for the season to be extended again.

Hey guys, sorry for the radio silence.

Just a quick update. I did promise to be upfront and honest when I get information so here is something I can share right now.

The reason for the season extension is due to something we're cooking up. We'll announce those details soon, but from I've been told it's something cool. I know it's not much to go on, but there was a specific reason why it happened and when I get the full details, I'll give those out too.

Now for the un-fun part. The badge reset bug is irreversible and for that the dev team is humbly apologizing. It didn't reset trophies, but I know it's not ideal. I promised you upfront information, but I never promised it would be enjoyable to receive (or to share).

That is great to hear. This I can deal with. Although you cannot say more, the extension of one week and no more planned leads me to believe we should hear more details this week.

I wouldn't write him off as a failure, but my worry is that if the SC team couldn't be bothered to spend 5 minutes posting on their own forums to give us information they also won't be bothered to spend 5 minutes telling Darian either.

Any enterprise company will have instant messaging, it's literally "ping xxx" - receive "xxx reply" in 5 seconds (the time o type back).. . Simply amazing. The silence---- only makes people more mad
