    Ok asked an ingame message. Asking why the season was extended. He answered they have made a change from season always ending the first mondy of the month to a last Sunday/monday to the month. Now how dose that make any sense to extend the season if thats the case? The last sunday of the month was last week. Not next Could someone please give out an official statement about this. Whats going on with the legends league reset days

    It is very disappointing to note the complete silence of this. We had Darian in his own words make an "effort" to apologise without any explanation as to why the season was extended.

    The official announcement said "server fixes"...Was the season length broken such as to require a fix? Was the new length supposed to always be meant to be this way? Why did it need fixing?

    We then had Darian tell us another "Community Manager" would be given some information on this instead of him.....wasn't he appointed to do improve the communication between us and SC? If so why has this particular task been delegated to someone else?

    Yet again, the community is left guessing as to the actions taken by SC. Kudos on improving the communication....

    The problem is that we just hear nothing. Not even saying we will tell you tomorrow. Or in few hours we are making an announcement discussing why we decided to do this. I don't care if I lose the bonus I just want to know why & this seems to take too much effort. It is just one sentence announcement before going into details such as: "We did this because we are preparing leagues for BB & we want to launch them with new season"

    Are we moving back to 2 week long season? If what i was answerd by sc the next season will change only 2 weeks after the current one will end.

    9 days left of this seaso. And i was told the season reset day is the last sunday/monday of the month. This is june 25/26 depending on your time zone. That would mean next season is only 2 weeks long

    has there been any communication of this by sc thst we moving back to 2 week seasons? Or seriosly whats going on?

    For the record, the loss of a bonus while in legends wasn't a big deal to me and the clouds haven't been appreciably worse as I am below 5500. However, the lack of communication from Supercell is disappointing.

    I have seen this before in other fields. Just because employees are good technically, it doesn't mean they are good at other parts of the business (in this case, communicating in a client facing business). They can improve their communications strategy either by training existing personnel or bringing in someone externally.

    Because there's enough players playing the game that they don't have to care about communicating to keep players.
    Playing for the fun of it, it's a game people!

    Although, I acknowledge that clashing is a complicated profession. This being the case,
    proof of termination is also acceptable for a lower fee.

    Disappointing not to have any further updates from Darian or more importantly Supercell. I have PM'd ANoushka as the creator of the original announcement thread and previous Darian as well...Still nothing from both I obviously need to post funny cat pictures to get most of the mods attention or stupid memes rather than offer help/information on the issue as a leader and the questions being asked by my clanmates...sigh...off to google I go for some funny meme's to grab their attention span

    There is a huge difference between unforeseeable mistakes and always "trying to sneak" one by... SC does not have a very good track record of trying to sneak stuff in, and when they get caught, it is all hands on deck for damage control. And the sad part is, they never learn their lesson each time they try to sneak stuff by.
