Can´t start Hayday since weeks

Hello everybody,

since 4 weeks I can´t start my hayday app on my Ipad. When I´m opening the app, there is just the front screen which says "connecting", but nothing more happens. I tried to "connect" it for hours but nothing more ever happend.
It´s an Ipad 2 with IOS 10.3.2.

Since now I tried to:
delate the app and reinstall the app
delate datas to get more memory space (now 4,5 GB free space)
make various updates

Do anyone know what the problem could be? Please help me!!
