HayDay went more and more inequal with its deco. Remember Panda-Gate? The new introduction of special deco tied to diamond packages? They see that a big part of players like deco and that there are enough people who spend real money to get them. So why should they offer deco in-game when you simply can buy them? It has a psychological point: Oh look, the other farm has this, now I want this, too.
Until the new deco packages were introduced, everyone had the same, equal opportunity to buy every deco available. Sometimes you did have to wait a bit longer (seasonal deco, WOF) or save your diamonds (which you find by simply playing), but every player at least had the same opportunity to get those.
I really don't like people saying "you aren't forced to buy deco. You can still play the game without deco" - obviously that's true at the first glimpse, BUT there are many many players who cannot afford spending real money and still, they want to decorate their farms. Or are playing in little nhs where they will never get a derby deco unless SC will put them in the in-game shop after some years (for a large number of diamonds).
Some people don't want to brag with their deco - they just want to have a beautiful area/farm for theirselves. They simply enjoy the fact of having a nice looking farm or themed areas.
long story short: I'm totally for equal rights for smaller hoods.

Don't give up and quit NOW!!
. There certainly weren't a shortage of threads talking about it. But like a lot of things on this forum, we debate, we discuss and after a while it just sinks into oblivion to be never heard of again...until someone else comes along and poses the same question.

, thanks for your comments.
