i dont understand why sc want us to spend more time on second village when we already have one? i mean first of all there is a loot cap and the only way to get more loot is to gem or to go higher in trophies(which requires more time and skill) and now if this system is implemented,it will require more time to get loot🤔
I don't know the building times yet, but my feeling is after a short time the bottle neck will be the single builder and not the daily loot cap

10 wins a day seems ... excessive. Assuming a 50% win rate, this equates to 20 matches.
This means that I have to CHOOSE which village to play.
Personally, I prefer the limitation. Just enough play-per-day so I can wait for my army to train and still raid in multi-player.
Feels like the community is jumping the gun a little bit here. Remember when you used to start a village and had a 3-day shield to wait before jumping into multi-player battles? Yes, there is a paywall. Yes, we are only 1 day into the release. The danger is in doubling the amount of time needed to play the game for the casual player.

as much as i like your plan it would be meaning less to do so. this idea would make players play the mini game and not the original clash.
not all people got time all day to sit and play for hours.do remember that we have attack for star bonus for our main clash base
If the result is net even 3 attacks or 100 attacks leave it at 3.
This new game mode needs some type of reward for a win all wins through out the day.
I also think it needs a penalty for a loss. I think just allowing the collectors to be raided in the new game mode would likely fix the problem.
It would generate a small amount of resources and the really hard core farmers could do 100 raids per day.
I'm only a LVL 3 but if 50% of the collectors could be stolen and its a live 1v1 were talking 10's of resources not 1000's per attack.
My solution would be having the 3 win bonus reset after 24 hours, but have the 1 win bonus give you 1 additional match after 30 minutes but with lower loot. This way the player can choose if he wants to farm several hours working on his 2nd village or just collect the daily bonus getting it up a bit slower.
Instead of gemming the whole bonus income for SC is generated by boosting the 30 minute timer with the clock tower (one boost every 8 hour is free).
