There is NO reason for a loot cap in COC. It's a grinding game... increase the costs/build times whatever it takes. But by no means should we be forced to only attack 3 times a day.. That right there just killed this update for me. Woke up this morning, played for 10min and done with the new village. 21hours to play again YAY![]()

Afaik the dev versions all start at 3000 trophies because there are no leagues with 40 players. No wonder you had no loot problems with that bonus.
In my opinion if maxing bh5 is supposed to take longer than 2 weeks we need a building time increase at the higher levels because the building times do not match the loot income at all.
Whats the point in testing it then?

You make a good point. I guess I like the update so much because I don't really care to play on my main base anymore, it got waaay too hardcore for me to enjoy. This new village is very simple but still involves a lot of strategy, which is a perfect mix for my casual play style.
I voted nope. Personally I'm not interested playing with barbs n archers. Going thru the motions just to unlock a feature on the main base. Unlock the features on my main base. Increase the amount of gold it takes to unlock it...I don't care. I think you should have left everything separate. For what it's worth if SC starts to focus on the builderbase more going forward, I won't be spending anymore money on this game.
