    from where do we get resources ?
    collectors and that star bonus.
    and what we get from battles ?
    cups and sometime ( mostly ) not.
    it's been an hour ,
    I am 3 starring him , and he 3 starring me,
    i don't even have enough resources to upgrade / build my defense and troops.
    so , i can say we can use our resources twice a day

    Please tell me how will you max it 2 or 3 days? It is like progressing to th5 in our regular village. You get 1 builder instead of several & limited amount of loot instead of farming as much as you can. You can't max BH 5 in 3 days. The time is a limitation regardless of loot. But they are limiting your benefit from playing per day. For SC this is perfect I know. People will be dragged to gemming but they will also be dragged to quitting. I can tell you that several people I know just quit. Some returned hoping for something to remedy Dec disaster. However, it took them few hours to quit again. This is going to be great for the game if it is not changed

    I haven't looked at the numbers yet, but I don't think that it would take a terribly long time to completely max out the Builder Village .. even without using gems.

    It's the maxed BV state that you want, so that you can gear up your main with an idle master builder, constantly.

    I find the feature important as well for the longevity.
    Bt i would like if they allowed 5 attacks or maybe reduced the cool down to 12 hours.

    Just make it into four hours or so to match the fast pace gameplay the builder base offers (If I understood the gist that the builder base is faster pace?)

    1 day of no loot is too much.

    some fanatics (if not actually accounts made by SC themself) just feel obligated to defend something which is obviously a bad thing

    I actually don't think it's balanced well at the moment. Whether we have less loot per attack and more attacks or a much shorter time for the cool-down with reduced loot per win I don't mind but the cost to gem the cool-down is way too high because the time is overly long in my view.
    I'm hopeful of changes as we all remember waiting about a year to train a Clash army and get your heroes up again back in the day...but then I'm infuriatingly optimistic as you know..

    Well presented thought.

    I agree. It's a important feature keeping the game balancing.
