    Exclamation Update Not Loading!

    Like the title said my brother's clash of clans isn't loading after he downloaded the new update . It constantly restarts . He was eager to check what's new. His phone's model is samsung galaxy note 3 neo. Help would be appreciated .

    Same problem here. iPad keeps cycling from game to App Store but it worked ok on iPhone.
