My opinion is that the update, gives future options to develop the main game and get it to another level. It's the first day so I think the complaints are not reasonable. With this update, SC gave a very big hit to 2 things 1)bots 2)engineering bases. That's why there is the loot cup and that's why you can't proceed with unfinished buildings. Please stop complaining and keep clashing. Very nice update. Good work SC

My gem cost somehow went back up and 5 1/2 hours later it has effectively only reduced by 4.

Couple hours ago it had dropped to 97 then at some point it was back up to 100. Didn't get those screencaps but you can see the time difference below.

Anyone else experience this?

I just now started playing builders base and my first thought is WOWOWOW!!! This is amazing. Supercell wanted to surprise me and they certainly did. I'm a little bit disappointed in the limit on loot received from battles daily but maybe that will make more sense the more I understand it.

What's really the most interesting thing about the entire update is the potential for the future of this new village!!! I hope to see additional updates for builders base soon and more often than in the home base.

Very well done supercell! I'm incredibly impressed so far.

We are talking about the first day of the update and the defense we can upgrade now is just a cannon..

Yes my friend, I think the complaints are not reasonable because coc is a game of patience. I believe the hype is totally justifiable because it's a great expansion in a mobile game, a very successful mobile game. Can you predict the future, all of us, to see their plans? Patience is a virtue.

Perfect timing as well ... I have maxed out TH8 and TH9.
I was thinking to move up but now I can wait and play this new mode for a while before I press the button.

You must have been in/out of the different "Bonus Categories" - Think it's every 100 cups your win-bonus changes (Usually goes up by 5k) - if you think of those kind of as "Leagues" - each league has a different gem price to reset the timer.

I'll admit, the update has some good ideas behind it, but like I said earlier, it has been very poorly implemented.

Yes, the complaints are most definitely reasonable, doesn't matter if the update was released today or last year. If people didn't complain then Supercell would just figure things are great and nothing needs to be fixed or deeply taken into consideration for such. In fact, the sooner people who feel this let them know, the better. I mean as long as the complaints don't turn into putting down other people's ideas or insulting them for having a different opinion, it's reasonable.

It is still a massive update. It has about as much content as the games initial release so yes it is massive.

I quite like the fact that we didn't get another village which needed the same amount of maintenance to grind out as the home village

Y'all mods and other SC employees can sugar coat it all you want but nobody is buying it. This was nothing but a waste of time. Just because there's a lot of actual content and files added to the game doesn't mean it's massive or a great update. We want quality content and we haven't gotten it in a long time.

This update doesnt come close to sniffing clan wars and its not even as good as good as the baby drag/minor update. That was the one good update y'all have had in the last 2 years.

Quit trying to put out lipstick on this turd of an update. It's not doing nothing but making people even more mad.
