I agree 100% with you and the person you quoted.
I'm a spender and I will certainly gem times but I will not buy resources. It's silly. If Supercell actually wants a great majority of their customer base to take the new update seriously. They'll drop the loot cap. It's essentially clash royale at this point. I didn't like that game and I certainly will not spend on a new feature that entirely disregards a primary function of the old game, which is looting. I also doubt that Supercell will take any complaints on the forums seriously so I don't think it'll do much good to ask rationally for the cap to be removed.

The only way SC will take anything seriously is low rating on AppStore and play store. Thumbs down. I certainly gave 1 star and felt bad that 0 star option was not there.

Man the more I think about it the more upset I get. I appreciate the work the ppl at sc do but after all the "the hype is real" stuff. Where's the cool stuff for ppl that like to play clash of clans and not this. I may have enjoyed clash Royale if this is what it was but to call this coc seems to me to be a bit of an insult. I still enjoy the game and will continue to play but sure was hoping for something for the ppl that enjoyed what it had already become. Give me new troops, new troop levels or if you want to put a new game mode in put one in where I can use the stuff I've already put years and hundreds into.

I worked my @$$ off to fill all my storages before the update but when I login to the new game there is nothing to build/upgrade for me! Even the boat is free to repair! Also the capisthelimit...

i was so excited for a new game mode . To say I'm let down would be an understatement. I've spent YEARS building my base to th11 , a new game mode to play with what I've worked so hard on would of been absolutely amazing . Thousands and thousands of hours of work and real money . "Here's a base to start from scratch " feels like a slap in the face ......

Bit disappointed.. if the 2 villages weren't linked it would be ok. But the fact I need to upgrade certain items in the builders village to upgrade others in my main village means playing the builders village is essential.
if I wanted to run 2 accounts I would do so.l, but I don't.

Awesome. Exact same start as Clash Royale. The gemmers have already got the big advantage. My non gemmed th03 is losing to giants and maxed camps every raid. This is/was the same problem with CR. If you don't gem you stand a chance at the beginning. Why the algorithm cant be changed to fix this is beyond me.
