Here are some clan ideas:
Be able to promote and Demote members to different clans
Have extra ranks like co-leader founder new member regular members
Be able to create clan alliances and make them not be able to attack each other
No joining clan cooldown
Elder and Leader chatroom
Clan Wars
pm system so you could message someone in a clan and ask them to invite you.

Great job man especially the clan wars , i hope they are going to release that in next update , it would be great
