There Would Be a Start a Clan option in Global Chat. When You Press it
There Would appear a tab Where Clashers Can Join you.
At least 10 Members needed to start a Clan.

So The Tab Remains in Global Chat till u find 9 players in Your Global. How Many will Join Can Be Set 50 will Be Maximum.

If You have played Clash royale It will be the same tab when you look for a freindly battle in Clash Royale
and
To Make this Idea Hopper Proof.
The Joining Members after leaving the clan Cannot Request for troops For 3 hours after.
You can Decide who shall Join Your Clan permission is needed
and
if you disagree then simple you
"don't have to" Join that clan and get the Cooldown for 3 hours Simple.

I have a lvl 2 Clan it Once Reached 7 War Win Streak.

As I can tell from your profile that you already have a good clan and Got High lvl profile. So Clearly Idea is Unnecessary to you but it isn't to me.

Well to be honest it is unnecessary because think about it, essentially your idea is to recruit people off global. All you're doing is adding a button that appears in the global chat which makes it one click easier to join a clan, but the drawback is people who join are forced to stay in the clan for 30 days. The one thing I would agree with you on would be that it'll be "hopper-proof," but it would also make recruiting so much harder.

my opinions
1)will kill clans,since if people want to leave they cannot for 30 days....they'd probably stop playing or not bother which is worse that the current global recruiting situation imo...even if the leader can kick,its simply an unnecessary bother for a lot of people.
2)this will kill req and leave clans and you cannot donate troops to other players to help them for war attacks else you'll need to stay there for an entire month... no one will do that
3)simply put,when people have an argument with the leader,they usually quit...this wont be possible with your idea and will cause a lot of headaches in the clan.

Are You a Mind Reader? You Cannot Know What Everyone is thinking. So I will Discredit your opinion. I disagree Most Of the Gamers will Join. no One Is Forcing Them To Join Its A Option with Which we can form Clans with Agreement Amongst Clashers.

It it takes a while to build a good clan. Have patience. Try getting friends and family to play. But forcing people to stay in a clan for 30 days just won't work. No one will join.

Still its My Duty to Reply and clarify so

1)Why Would it kill Clans. The 1st option is still there and you don't have use this feature. From the tone of your post you sound like a hopper.

2) I think You are a hopper and only a hopper would not Join and Use this option. Could care less about req & leave Clan.

3)Not if you are a leader I agree there can be arrguments but all can be discussed before forming a clan simple No One Is Forcing You to Join and forcing you to leave your " req & leave Clan " .

All in all your problems are not even problems for others.

I think Most of us Will Join. I would Join if I Found a Good Clasher in Global Chat. With Discussions about how the clan will be run and my ranking I think I will have no problems staying 30 days.
