Clans: Troops Received Limit!

I'd Like to have this addition to Clash of Clans. It'll be a better way to deal with hoppers!

It'll be that a new member cannot request troops unless he has donated a specific number of troops, say 25-50?.
It'll be a good way to make hoppers donate before recieving, and then you can keep a check on their donations later, maybe SC should also add a limit as to " A member is only allowed to have 25-40 more troops recieved than donated, this can be raised to 50-75 for elders.

I prefer the clan to police donations. We have members that get way more than 50 donated than received at different points, especially if someone is trophy chasing. SC capping the numbers would present too much of a limitation.

I'm not talking about donation limit.
Like a player donated 50 troops, hes allowed to receive maybe 75 troops until he donates more. His donations aren't limited, he can go to 1k and above donations even if he received not even 100 troops (like i did once lol)
And the limit is to be decided by SC, i was just giving an example.

I understand what you are saying, but during a trophy push you are going to be concentrating on attacking, not donating (at least not necessarily). If you limit the number of troops received it could stall the push. Also, there are some clans that switch out donation responsibilities. So, I donate during a 12 hour shield, while others just raid. What you propose would limit what the raiders could receive unless they in turn donate more.

I sort of like the idea. But then people could just be annoying and donate wb's and goblins, just so they can go ahead and receive donations again.

I suggested something like this before, not sure if its in the sticky too. But I was thinking of a new member time delay for them to request. (Like the cool down they have for shields or replays). It can be an option enabled/ disabled by the clan leader and/or the time limit can be decided by leader too.

My 2n opinion didnt look nice to others.
But the 1st opinion suggested that a new member can request after donating 25-50 troops (set by SC)

also a major problem is ppl might stop requesting and ppl cant donate
