The Rules I've made are about reports too. The only difference between our opinions is that I'd prefer that threads stay in a subforum and don't get deleted, because deletes can be pretty bad for new users ; they might leave. While telling them their mistakes and closing their threads can help.

That's exactly what I'm saying. And I'm not trying to change the rules on my own... I've already talked about the Cleanup thread, the "this should be sticky" replies, and everything...
I feel like
1. you misunderstood me
2. arguing with you is useless

Exactly. Arguing with me is pointless because you don't wanna change.

All those 'this should be sticky' replies came from those who'll be benefitted by this. And they are minority in this section. Most of the idea requesters are new people.

I don't know who about the idea but reporting it the best option. If you can't do that and expect mods to do everything for you then it's pointless to make such threads..

Most new people usually leave, while most of the 70 people in the Cleanup signatures are still active. We aren't a minority.
