Gostaria de sugerir opções de banimento, onde aquela pessoa não pudesse mais participar do seu clã e também opções de promoção de cargos no mapa da guerra. Com essas duas ações disponível no mapa da guerra após a guerra de Clan. Isso facilita para o líder promover ou excluir ou banir jogadores conforme seu empenho e participação. Isso gerará maior responsabilidade com seu clã impulsionando maior participação.

Suggestions for improvements
I would suggest banishing options where that person could no longer participate in your clan and also options to promote positions on the war map. With these two actions available on the war map after the Clan War. This facilitates for the leader to promote or exclude or ban players according to their commitment and participation. This will generate greater accountability with your clan by boosting participation.

This is in the wrong section, it should be in CoC ideas and feature requests. This section is for Forum specific based threads, not game related. As for the idea itself, you can kick people out of clans and "banish" them. Yes they can come back later but it's the best you can do. If you want to remove them from wars the leader can opt them out easily.
