Expansion Permits...where are you?!

I have got two permits within 5 hours today, both from unlocked treasure chests. There are already two waiting as horseshoe prizes so, when the Derby ends, I'll be able to unlock another plot. Woohoo!

Very bad luck with the permits ,, no permits for me from red boxes , even if I use ddiamonds, no permits from the wheel , last time I had one I went up to ten diamonds for a spin and nothing I gave up , only ones I get is from the derby and of course I have to shuffle it. But oh well I will keep looking ..

I wouldn't normally do this and won't again, but I chose to experiment to see if I'd definitely get one & how many times it would take. I had spare diamonds as I bought FAR too many pencil fence pieces & only use bought diamonds to buy Deco. 😳😬.

Really? I managed to pull one in 1 roll of the prizes this week, that's awful luck! I agree though, it's ridiculous to basically be forced to spend diamonds for something necessary to unlock things in game when everything else is somewhat accessible.

It'll come when it comes. My concern is finding enough LEMs. Permits with no LEMs doesn't do any good.

It's a shame that you chose this thread to ridicule people who mistakenly call the land permits 'scrolls'. Whatever people call them they are still frustratingly difficult to find and I believe SC have got the algorithm wrong on this.

Fab, I've only needed to spin once or twice before now. I won't be doing more than twice again, but I'll be cross if I don't get one. Playing solo I get precious little out of the Derby & only one opportunity for a permit (only column 4).

I got 1 today in Derby column 4 after shuffling one time. This week, with about 30 open red chests and spinning the WoF daily (oh wait, that's irrelevant because I never had a permit on the wheel this week), and fishing a few levels in the event, and buying 2 large mystery boxes with cards, and visiting Greg's farm daily, that's ....
