I too got a permit today, first one in three weeks. Mine came from a tool box. I was just happy to get something besides coins. With so much wheat in the DD nothing much to buy. Hoping I might need some of my 8 million coins for the update in June (fingers crossed). Now if I could find a few mallets or saws.

My observation: if we are fast among the top three in the derby, there is an expansion permit in the horseshoe. Otherwise not.

I have ZERO permits in my derby horseshoe prizes for the week.That is a definite change by SC to make permits exponentially more scarce, I think.

Zero permits, zero decos...only boosters.
No permits in mystery boxes or WOF.
With a now rarified status I will be meditating on patience in my HD zen garden.
