What if we had a "neighborhood"in which you live next to some bases and use gold to live next to a friend. You can check a base in your neighborhood and, if cups are right, attack it.
The idea of being able to select a base and attack it has pretty much been ruled out by SC since it would allow farmers to "transfer" resources and allow top cuppers to "transfer" cups and give free shields easier. I voted no, but i wouldn't be totally against it if you were in a village with random people and it changed every season (most importantly you couldn't live near anyone with gold/gems).
