We started our own clan (3 Star MRDR #J800CCQ9) a couple months ago to get away from the drama, inactive members and people not willing to learn. We are a small clan and want to keep it that way, at least until we can build our core members and grow from there. At the moment we have TH's from 7-9.5 and run 10v10 wars with 5 or 6 TH9's in each war and attack from the bottom up (our 10 hits their 10 and 9, our 9 hits the 2 lowest bases that haven't been 3 starred etc), starting wars at 3:30pm pst. Once we clear through their 8's, we use any leftover TH8 attacks to scout the 9's or use our lowest 9's to finish off the 8's. We have people in the USA and in Europe, so on day 1 of the war we usually get through our bottom 3 or 4 people, with the Europe crew going after work on day 2 and leaving at a minimum, 2 hours left in war for the 2 people that do our last 4 attacks, hitting whoever gives us the best chance for the win. We understand life happens and we can't go exactly in order every single war. In those instances, we just communicate via clash chat, phone, hangouts app, PS4) and have them attack whenever they can after agreeing who they should hit. At the moment, we primarily use PS4 party chat to discuss strategy, particularly for the people doing our last 4 attacks. For those that need help with strategy or learning new attacks or want to go over what went wrong with their attack, we can do it however is easiest for them but prefer the PS4 as voice makes things much easier to communicate.
