can we vote kick elders?

I love my clan.

The problem is we have our clan leader gone from a game for a long time.
We have 7-8 elders inactive for months.
we even have an elder with 20 trophies and never return to the game!

I'm one of elders from my clan and I still promote members who put up good contributions.
But having those inactive elders make our clan look bad enough.

I suggest to have a voting system among elders and members to kick inactive elders who is inactive more than 30+ days.
That way we can keep our clan more organized and clean.

Also this is out of subject, but we need to have an ability to send a private message to each members.

I woke up one day and there were 100+ foreign language communication log between these two members.
I don't want to kick them out but I don't want to scroll down all the way to read in my clan chat log box.

If your leader is inactive, you should try starting a clan and moving everyone over.

Well yeah the only advice here is to make a new clan or change clan because there is no way I would wait 30+ days to get rid of inactive members, if my leader had been inactive for 7days+ without sending a message that he have to be inactive why and elders were as you told I would never stay in it I had definitely tried to start new clan with all active mates in my clan though

that's true but some of members don't play this everyday and when they come back to the game, they will be surprised half of their clan members gone in one day.
